When you see your Yardian status showing "Offline", please check the following:
1. Yardian is rebooting, probably after new firmware update. Please wait until the reboot is completed.
2. Please check if your home router Internet connection is working normally.
3. If the green LED light blinks, you Yardian is trying to connect to your home Wi-Fi router. If it takes a long time, it is possible that wrong password was entered for your Wi-Fi router. Please reset Wi-Fi settings (Press the Wi-Fi reset button for around 5 seconds and release when the LED is blinking in Green and Blue) and do Wi-Fi on-boarding again.
Click the Yardian Card and go to “Wi-Fi Onboarding”.
Continue to Wi-Fi On-Boarding to get your Yardian online.
