Please stay close to the Yardian device when doing "Wi-Fi onboarding".
Check Yardian's LED status. The Yardian should be in Wi-Fi AP mode to proceed (LED blinking green and blue).
For iOS users, please turn on Wi-Fi on your mobile device.
For Android users, please allow the Yardian App to access the device’s location to get a list of available networks.
If Yardian is not blinking in green and blue, please press the Wi-Fi reset button for around 5 seconds and release when you see the LED blinking green and blue.
Note: Purple LED
If your Yardian is in Wi-Fi AP mode for more than 15 minutes, you’ll see a purple LED and you will be asked to reboot Yardian (press and hold Wi-Fi Reset Button until LED turns red).
From the App, click the Yardian Card and go to "Wi-Fi Onboarding":
Step 1. Select the Yardian SSID.
The Yardian App will scan for nearby wireless signals to provide you with a list of wireless networks to choose from.
Step 2. Choose the network you normally use and input your Wi-Fi password.
This step applies to Android:
Specify your home Wi-Fi router SSID # and password.
This step applies to iOS:
Specify your home Wi-Fi router SSID #.
