Share access to family members or contractors

Overview

It's easy to share control of your Profile with your family members or contractors from the Yardian app. You get to choose if you want to share camera access, and you can remove the access at any time.

Please note that your family members or contractors need to download the Yardian app and register for an account from the app first, then you can share your Profile with them by following the steps below.

Access Sharing

From the Home tab, click the menu button in the upper right corner. Click Access Sharing in the Profile Settings.

You can enter a valid Yardian account email address here, then click Share button:

Choose if you want to share camera access:

Remove Access and Transfer Ownership

Click the menu button right next to the shared account, you can use Remove Access any time.

Click Transfer Ownership if you want to make this account the new owner of this Profile. Then the original owner will become a shared user. The new owner can choose to remove access from the previous owner.
