Since the update my device is not connecting to the network.

On Saturday I updated the software on my phone. I had been away for a few days so I don't know how long this has been going on. Having said this, my device is fails to connect to the network. Green light blinking in perpetuity. Originally, I used the USB method to connect the device to the network. I have the USB drive next to the device So I reset the WiFi info and after the light blinks blue and green, plugged in the USB Stick. A few seconds later, the green light blinks though it never connects to the router.

What's going on?
How can we get it going again?

If the green light keeps blinking, the Yardian controller is trying to connect to your Wi-Fi router but can not establish a physical connection. There are a few possible causes:
1. The password might have been entered incorrectly. If the connection was initially successful but then suddenly fails, that's not the cause.
2. If the password is correct, there's no need to re-do the process since the Wi-Fi onboarding process is completed. Please try rebooting your Wi-Fi router and see if there's any change in the LED status.
3. It's also possible that there's a hardware issue on the Wi-Fi. If the step #2 doesn't help, we will send you a replacement. Please reply the ticket with your mailing address and phone number for the shipment. Thanks!
