White LED means the Yardian controller has established a physical connection with your router but can not access our servers. There's no need to do the Wi-Fi onbaording again if you see the white LED. I would suggest trying to reboot your router and see if it helps.

I would also suggest to contact us at support@aeonmatrix.com so that we can get more information from you. Thanks.

    Best regards,
    Joseph

Interesting. Does the Yardian Pro use a hard coded DNS server? If it does, that would explain the issue and i can fix that.
    Thanks

Soon as i unblocked all DNS traffic from my Yardian Pro in the firewall, it started working again.

My issue is solved but still not a great practice to bypass the DNS servers handed out by DHCP in any network.

    Thanks.

It's good to know that your issue has been resolved!
Yes, we did have these 3 DNS hard-coded because we used to find connection issues from some customers if we don't specify these DNS.

    8.8.8.8 (google)
    208.67.222.222 (open dns)
    1.1.1.1(CloudFlare)

    Best regards,
    Joseph

Thanks for sharing that Joseph. Google and Cloudflare port 53 requests are already whitelisted and all other IPs for outgoing DNS requests are blocked at the firewall. I will also take a look at whitelisting Open DNS.

    Cheers.
