Multiple Condition Rain Skip?

It would be good if we had the ability to define multiple conditions for rain Skip: right now it looks like you can only have one setting. In my setup it skips 2 days if 1/4 inch of rain fell, but I would like to also have it skip 4 days if we get a 1/2 inch of rain instead.

  Question: does the Soil Moisture Level include rainfall? If it does, then skip days could be calculated off of that

  Yes, rainfall is factored into the soil moisture level calculation.
  Skip days could be estimated based on evapotranspiration forecasts.
