Manual skip, skip button and rainfall skip not working.

This morning the rainfall and manual skip (set yesterday until this afternoon) were active in the app (blinking red icon). My program still ran anyways. The skip button under “watering now” tab didn’t work either. That button has never worked. How can I get skip to work?

  Hi,

  Please make sure you download the latest Yardian app version from the app store and also update the firmware to the latest version. Please also send your YID to support@aeonmatrix.com so that we can look into this issue.

  Please note that the Skip Rules only affect the Smart Program and Manual Program(s), while tasks from the Conditional Programs will still be executed upon triggering.
