Soil water level as a percentage and manual update

It would be great if soil water level could be set as a moisture percentage as I have sensors that show me the soil moisture content of my yard. Also would be nice if I could manually update the soil moisture level as my lawn is more moist than the system thinks it is. How about integrating some soil moisture sensors into the system as well.
