Updated firmware to 6.22.20 via app. Now showing “offline: firmware is completed. the device will restart”. Waited 17 hours still showing offline. Green led is on. Tried switching off/on, reinstalling app, rebooting to no avail.

  Hi Steve,

  The firmware update was successful but for some reason, this controller can not establish a connection with our servers. We have created another firmware release and need your help manually updating it through a USB drive (less than 8GB). Please let us know if the new firmware update helps. Thanks.
