Device offline
Yardian Pro won't connect to Internet. It worked a few days ago when I set it up inside as a test but now just displays a bluish white light.

Hi Bradney,
The white light indicates that the device is connected to your router but cannot access our servers. Please reboot your router and check if it reconnects. Once connected, please update the firmware to the latest version through the Yardian app in the Device Settings.
