    Hi Bradney,

    The white light indicates that the device is connected to your router but cannot access our servers. Please reboot your router and check if it reconnects. Once connected, please update the firmware to the latest version through the Yardian app in the Device Settings.

    I am having the same issue. I have a solid light (white) but it says it is offline. I have rebooted, tried to WiFi reset, usb WiFi reset and nothing works. Help!

    Please reboot your home router to see if it helps.

    You can also factory reset the Yardian Pro following the steps on this page:
