    Hi Neal,

There should be no problem with the webapp on Mac.
Please note that your video will only be kept for 24 hours. But we do find that many of the video clips were not saved successfully and discarded. I think that's why you receive the notifications but not seeing the clips. We are investigating this issue now and will get back to you.

For the false alarms due to the "change of light", please adjust your setting for "sensitivity" and "threshold" for now. We are working on adding an AI feature to reduce these kind of false alarms.

For the rain sensor type, you can assign "normally closed" first. Then you can run a test manual program and see if the watering the coming out or not. Then you will know if this is the right sensor type.

    Best Regards,
    Joseph

    Hi Neal,

Did you choose the "video cloud recording" option in the "video settings"?

We don't support watching live video stream on web app at this moment. You will need to use the app for live streaming.

    Regards,
    Joseph

Yes, I have the video cloud recording checked as well as the Alerts tab (and I have been getting a ton of notifications with that but playing with the settings to stop the false triggers. But, I show no history of video clips in either the web app or the iOS app. I can get the live feed on my iPhone but no history of video clips (and as I said I am getting plenty of trigger alerts). Thanks for the prompt reply by the way.

p.s. something not related to the video but hope you can answer. I hooked up a rain sensor I had from my old controller that is basically a cup with a doughnut shaped "float" inside with an orange lid that trips when enough rain is collected within the unit making the float rise. The question I have is whether this type of sensor is a normally open or normally closed unit when dry? I have long lost the box and the directions. I have it currently at closed. Thanks for your help.

Can you provide better instructions on how to set up one Manual program for different zones and different duration? Do I need to set up sequential start up time for each zone? For instance, Z1 starts at 4am with time duration of 20 minutes; Z2 starts at 4:20am, and so on , so forth.....
Yardian software algorithm does not seem to make sense. Thanks

    Hi Joseph,

We will update the FAQ with updated features. To quickly answer your questions:

    1. You can first create a Manual Program, then assign "enabled zones" later.

    2. You don't need to set up sequential start up time. Our program will move your schedules if there's any conflicts.

Please contact us at support@aeonmatrix.com and let us know the issues you see.

    Thanks, Joseph
