Add support for long manual program length

I have a water barrel that collects excess water. I need to be able to open it for 12 hours a day. Currently, I have set up overlapping plans 6-9, 9-12, 12-15, 15-18 but would prefer to create one schedule for 12 hours

  We have extended the watering duration to 15 hours.
