Does the Yardian device available on the Apple Home app when you used Siri commands?
You can send this issue to support@aeonmatrix.com so we can track the progress.

    Thanks!

Yes Yardian is working as expected within the Apple Home app when manually triggered.

Yup seems to be iOS related. Same response on RainMachine device using Siri.

Definitely the result of an update, I had it working when I first got the controller.

We have sent the error log to Apple. They should be working on it now.

Any update on this? (Siri command does not work with Yardian in iOS 15 either) Have removed and re-added to HomeKit. With the same issue as above.

What’s the latest update on resolving this issue?  It is advertised functionality that does not work.  Thanks.

We got a response from Apple: "Unable to diagnose with current information".
We might have to ask Apple for some tools that could gather logs when the issue occurs.

There is a new iOS build 19E5219e that has solved this issue according to Apple.
    This will be iOS 15.4.
We will see if the issue goes away after the formal release of iOS 15.4.

Still not working here, plus the switched in the Home app are now gone. Frankly I am massively disappointed. I left Netro, agreat system, to get HomeKit functionality. It doesn’t appear that’s possible with this system.

Due to these HomeKit shortcomings, the lack of some other basic features, which have been requested, and the awful UI in the mobile app I am going back to Netro. Maybe you guys figure it out. I’ll watch from over here while using a user friendly system that works as advertised.

You really should stop advertising HomeKit compatibility until you really get it working.

    Thank you for your information.

I would like to emphasize that Apple HomeKit and Siri are not our products so we can not control it's behavior at all. I would strongly recommend to write to Apple's helpdesk as a customer to get their attention. We have also contacted Apple regarding their issues.

We have been working on UI improvements continuously and releasing new versions step by step.
We would appreciate if you could send your suggestions to support@aeonmatrix.com so we would put them in our to-do list.

    Best regards,
    Joseph
