Support ignoring skip rules on specific program

I have a water barrel that needs emptying every day. The barrel valve is set up as a zone and I open it every day to let the water drip out to trees. The issue is with my rain sensor and other skip rules which cause the program for the barrel to be skipped causing the barrel to overflow. 

Please add an option on a program to ignore all skip rules and execute every time so that program is always executed

  Hi Dani,

  We have received many requests from agriculture applications.
  It would be very confusing for irrigation customers if more exceptions and options are included.
  We are working on a new model for "equipment control" which will be more flexible for different applications.
  The target delivery day should be in Q1, 2022.

  I agree it might be confusing, so how about we reverse the idea: in the skip rules allow me to select the zones that skip rules apply to.
