Hi Martin,
It seems like it's a new issue from the iOS 15.4.
You won't see the zone switches the first you open the Home app and select the accessory.
We have found a work-around that you need to leave the blank page then go back in.
Sometime you need to do it multiple times though.Best regards,

Is there any new update available?
I would like to mention that Apple HomeKit and Apple Home app are 100% Apple's products.
We can't do anything about them if there's any issues.

I’m on a iPhone 13 IOS 15.4.1
A day or two ago opening the Yardian app it asked for permission to do an update and I said yes/ok of course. There’s no Apple iOS update available or App Store Yardian app update available at this time. My work around is to use Homekit on my Apple Watch…it still shows the buttons to toggle on & off like the iphone used to. But the problem with that is the buttons aren’t labeled with what zone number your turning on or off. The cards you flip through just say YardianPro on the top, no zone #’s. I would think as you flipped through the cards the first one would be zone one and the last one would be zone six (I have six zones active ) but they’re are out of order so you have to just try turning them on & off until you get to the zone you want on. Please send a ticket to Apple because the Yardian app has no ability just to turn on a zone on or off quickly like in HomeKit. I use that feature all the time when I need to service a Sprinkler head and for many other reasons. Thanks! -
I get the same problem. I also can’t hold down the icon. It just opens even while I’m holding it. When I open it, the screen is blank, and no zones are shown. If I scroll up several times the settings button will finally appear in the lower right side. It takes you to the zone settings. But going back, the ability to turn on zones is no longer displayed at all. I hope that Yardian can fix this or get Apple to fix it. Their is a major bug that is not the customers fault. A sprinkler system is a long term investment item. Not something that a customer should have to repurchase each year.

When you’re in the HomeKit app hold down the Yardian icon do not let go if the zones do not pop up then go into the settings turn on and off the status also turn on and off favorites then go back and hold down the Yardian icon again. Usually does the trick every time whenever it disappears for some reason every couple days

I understand this issue may be under Apples final control, but what is Yardian doing to move Apple to fixing this no-valve display issue with the Home App. The latest iOS update to my Apple TV and iPhones since posting this issue has done nothing to resolved the issue. I would think Yardian would be jumping down Apples throat over this issue being that it is something that could result in many returns and poor customer satisfaction in the name of Yardian products.

We understand that it's frustrated to wait for a fix for such a long time.
Last time we saw a Siri issue starting from iOS 14.6, it took a long time until it's fixed in iOS 15.4Besides filing a ticket to Apple, there's really nothing we can do about it from our side.
I will definitely keep following up with our contact person from Apple.Once it's fix by Apple, they should release a new iOS version.
There's no need for Yardian to update anything since it's purely Apple's iOS issue.Best Regards,

Mine is still working as I said you need to sometimes if the HomeKit page is blank go into the settings on the HomeKit page that’s blank for the Yardian sprinklers then turn off status turn it back on right away then go to favorites turn that on and off right away Then go back to the blank Sprinkler’s page in HomeKit and hold down on the first icon to get you into where your zones would be don’t let go if it doesn’t do the first time do it a few times also open and close the app a few times they will pop up and then they stay there for a good month or two and then the page might be blank again but you can do it over and it works fine

If Aeon Matrix was smart, I bet entering a class action law suit would move Apple to do something. Since more that just this company likely suffered numerous retuned units and lost sales over this documented issue. Companies licensed the “Works with Apple HomeKit” logo and Apple didn’t offer timely update support to its licensees! You and your customers suffered a full year of licensed but 💩 HomeKit support. I only successfully got my valves to show up about 1 time out of every 10 or so tries. I haven’t gotten what was paid for.
