Water Restrictions
I'm experiencing an issue with the water restrictions for 91356, City of Tarzana. On your database the details are correct, I am using "Other" for watering only on Mondays and Fridays, prohibited time 600 - 2200, and no duration restrictions.
My problem is that when I turn on Water Restrictions on the Smart Program, it changes all watering durations to 4 mins. I noticed when everything started drying up, and it stopped doing soak cycles. When I turn off watering restrictions on the smart program, it reverts back to ~12 minute cycles - but I can't leave it off because it runs on days when I'm not supposed to be watering. Kindly advise.

Hi Paul,
https://dpw.lacounty.gov/lacfcd/drought/wwdprep.cfm
There is a 10-min per station restriction.
There should be an issue displaying the rules but the rules are correct in our database.
We will fix the web issue, and sorry for the confusion!Best Regards,

Can I confirm that 10-min "per station" restriction means 10-min per zone, or 10-min for the entire household? Whenever I turn on water restrictions in the Smart Program, it limits each zone to 4-min, and only runs 3 zones for a total of 12 minutes for the entire house. I was expecting a 10-min cap per zone..
