    Hi James,

We will need to check your data to be sure, but if it's been offline for months, the "Soil Water Level" in each zone should be very low. You could check the "Soil Water Level" for each zone under the "Yard" tab. When you start the Yardian controller, it will run for a long time since the soil water level is low.

The Smart Program will insert soaking cycles for long watering time. That is why each zone takes turn to run.

Please refer to this page for more details:

Please let us know if you have any questions.

    Best regards,
    Joseph

Thanks Joseph, the explanation makes sense. I will have to dig into this FAQ more as I had assumed with all of the rain we had recently it was above what Yardian estimates, so I’ll have to measure and likely reset.

    No problem James!
You might want to "reset soil water level" for all zones after a long offline period.

    Best regards,
    Joseph
